Tuesdays Tips & Tricks

Feel free to use these on your blog. Please provide a link back to me :)

5 Things To Do With Aluminum Foil:

1.  Iron ~ Place a sheet of foil between the ironing board and cover to iron both sides at once.  Foil conducts heat, so you will be done in half the time.

2.  Scrub Burnt Pots ~ If you've run out of steel wool and have a pot with stubborn stains, ball up a pieces of foil and scrub away.  It works just as well.

3.  Clean Your Grill ~ Just like with the pots, ball up a piece of foil and clean the grates on your grill.

4.  Tie Things Up ~ A thin strip of foil is the perfect solution to tie the legs on your roaster or veggies you don't want falling apart in the oven.

5.  Prevent Soup Skin ~ Cut a piece of foil to fit the size of the container you're using and rest it directly on the surface of the soup or stew.  Cover and store.
