Chicken Skillet

I made this the other day and it turned out really good.  It's another yummy recipe from the Food & Family magazine.  You can find the Kraft link on my sidebar :)

Stove Top One Dish Chicken Skillet:

1 1/2c. hot water

1/4 c. (1/2 stick) butter or margarine, melted

1 pkg. Stove Top for Chicken

6 small boneless skinless chicken breast halves

1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup

1/3 c. sour cream

Mix hot water, butter and stuffing mix.

Cook chicken in nonstick skillet on medium high heat for 5 minutes on each side or until browned on both sides.

Mix soup and sour cream; pour over chicken.  Top with stuffing; cover.  Cook on low heat 10 minutes or until chicken is done (165 degrees).
