The Last Time

Saturday 9: The Last Time

1. When was the last time you bought something for someone else, and what was it?

I bought Lauryn an outfit.

2. When was the last time you complimented someone, and what was their reaction?

I told Lloyd I liked his haircut yesterday.  He said, "Thanks.  It needed it."

3. When was the last time you had to return a purchase to the store? What was it and why?

I haven't returned anything in a long time but I plan to this weekend.  I bought a couple of sweaters and I didn't realize they were 3/4 sleeves and I don't care for how they look.

4. When was the last time you had an ice cream cone?

Last month, I think.

5. When was the last time you had to go to the doctor's office?

For me, it's been quite a few months...for Lauryn it was just a couple of weeks ago.

6. When was the last time you were embarrassed by something you did? What was it and what happened?

Who knows....I embarrass myself daily.

7. When was the last time a stranger was kind to you?

It's been awhile :(  I have been disappointed in strangers lately.  Rude people.

8. When was the last time you locked yourself out of your home? What did you do?

It was on Oct. 30, 2004.  The reason I recall the exact date is because it was our wedding day.  When we came home at the end of the night, we realized we left one set of keys at his parents house (which was about an hour and a half away) and our neighbor had the other set.  We tried to wake up the neighbor but since he'd been at our wedding and reception, he was totally passed out.  We had to get up in a few hours to catch a plane to leave for our honeymoon so we tried breaking down the doors.  When that didn't work, my husband broke this tiny little window in our bathroom and shoved me through it...I landed on the washer.  So, instead of being carried over the threshold, I got shoved through a tiny window :)  Good times :)



9. When was the last time you thought about cheating (on anything, a test or a person)?

No cheating.
