She Gets That From Me

This morning we could hear Lauryn giggling over the baby monitor.  Lloyd got up to go check on her and when he came back he told me she was still sleeping.  I'm a giggler in my sleep too :)

Lloyd had an appointment this morning.  It kind of bums me out because usually the weekends are just for us but his clients wanted to go see some houses so he had to go.  At least he won't be gone all day.

My mom didn't end up coming over last night like she usually does.  She's been working 10 hour shifts and she wasn't feeling very well after work so she's going to come over tonight after work.  I'm not sure what I'm going to make us for dinner yet.  I might make some zucchini brownies today.  I found a recipe that seems pretty easy and the picture looks so good I could just drool!

Finishing the baby blanket I was working on has inspired me to make another blanket for Lauryn.  I wasn't crazy about how the last one turned out but I found a really neat pattern and some very pretty yarn so I decided to just make another one.  I really can't wait to see the finished product :)
