Going Strong
I'm still doing pretty good on my weight loss resolution. I've only lost two pounds so far but I'm happy with that. I've been on the elliptical every day, still cutting back portions and eating healthier and I've been feeling a little better. I'm still looking at a few new things to add to the work outs. I've been looking at dance routines because I think they would be fun, help me lose weight and help me build muscles. I think Lauryn would get a kick out of watching me "try" to follow the moves and she'd probably dance right along with me :)
