Another good day for losing weight! I had a bowl of grapes for breakfast, which for me is fantastic because I can eat tacos for breakfast :), a salad for lunch and then a small portion of baked chicken and linguine with oil and garlic for dinner. I've been working out on the ellipticals twice a day for about 15-20 minutes each time. I used to do 45 minutes without breaking a sweat but it's been a long time...I have to work back up to it.
The best thing happened today. I was getting Lauryn's lunch ready and I said, "I love you" and then she said, "I la oo" back! I, of course, instantly teared up! It was the sweetest thing! She totally melts me!!!
