I accomplished ALMOST everything on my list today. I didn't get to the laundry but there isn't a ton of it so I can do that tomorrow. I'm going to try two new recipes tomorrow. One from my new crock pot book for beef and noodles and one called cake balls that my friend Kristin told me about. If they both turn out, I'll share the recipes :)
Since I started on this weight loss journey, I've been doing a little research online to find more ways to lose weight. I saw an ad for a testosterone booster for men and wondered if they had things like that for women. I don't really want to take diet pills or anything but I'm curious about natural ways to boost energy levels and burn fat. I'll have to do a little more research.
