Ugh...Winter...

I'm sure I've mentioned before how much I am not a fan of winter but here's another reason: Dry Skin! I can be a girly-girl at times and I love using lotion and keeping my skin really soft. This winter, my skin seems drier than ever and Lauryn has been getting some dry patchy spots too. I've been using a day cream and it works pretty well for me but I'm not sure if it's the right thing to use on her. At her last doctor's appointment, I brought it up and her doctor told me that the weather was a huge factor and to just keep using lotion and petroleum jelly on her. Some days that seems to be just the trick but not always. I can't wait for winter to be over so neither of us have to deal with dry skin anymore.
