They are really warm and comfy! I'm almost finished with a pair for Lloyd and my mom has some yarn she wants me to use to make her some. They are really nice to do because they work up so fast and it's great using up all of that scrap yarn :)

Slipper Socks
I have a ton of scrap yarn and have been meaning to get it used up. I used to think about making a big granny square blanket with it. I really like making granny squares but honestly, I have zero desire to put them all together :) So, I started making slipper socks. This was my first pair:

I want some! I HATE when my feet are cold (which feels like all the time this winter...)! Those look great :)

ReplyDeleteCute!! I wish I could get back to knitting!
ReplyDeleteAmanda~Thank you :)
ReplyDeleteCary~Thank you :)
ReplyDeleteJodi~I know it's not the same at all but I've been using my knifty knitters to make things lately because when I crochet, I get this ache from my wrist to my elbow. The knifty knitters make my fingers hurt after using them for a while but it's not near as bad as the ache from crocheting. Will you be able to get back into knitting in a few weeks?
