I made this for the second time last night and it's just so good I have to share the recipe :) The first time I made it, it was really good but I thought it tasted a little too tomato-y so last night I added a little more brown sugar, a little more bbq sauce and a few dashes of tabasco. This is one of those recipes you can easily adjust and play around with to better suit your taste. The chicken comes out so juicy and tender and it goes great with rice.
3-4 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
oil
1 onion, chopped
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
1 c. ketchup
1-2 Tbsp. barbecue sauce
1 Tbsp. mustard
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. vinegar
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 c. water
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Lightly brown chicken in oil in a skillet. Place in slow cooker.
Layer onions and green pepper over chicken.
Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken.
Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or high 3 1/2 - 4 hours.
My mom and I were talking about fat burner reviews the other day and that is partially what helped me decide to stop thinking so much about finding things to help me get to my weight loss goal. I'm not a fan of pills of any kind, not even aspirin, and don't like to take anything unless I absolutely have to. I think getting more active is the right way to go.
