Cake Toppers

A few months back, Lloyd's parents gave us a China cabinet.  Every day when I walk through my dining room, I have to smile because now I can see my cake topper.  For the last five years, I had Lloyd's mom hang on to it because I didn't have anywhere to put it where I knew it wouldn't get broken.  Now I get to see it all of the time :)  There are a lot of different cake toppers out there that are beautiful or quirky but of course, I love ours more than anything.  Lloyd's Godparents had a friend make one for us out of blown glass.  It's special and unique because we got to design it. Our cake was also very special because it was a gift from Lloyd's aunt and cousin. Once I saw it, I couldn't believe they had never made a wedding cake before....it was beautiful! They had asked me how I wanted the cake done and decorated and other than giving them some of the flowers to decorate it, I left it all to them. I never imagine they would make one so amazing and give it to us as a gift!
