Commercials

Ever see those commercials for fat burning pills?  I see them all of the time and can't help but think what happens when you stop taking them?  Do you balloon back up?  Seems like they are all over t.v. these days and it also makes me think it's no wonder people have such negative self images.  You see these skinny people, running around in skimpy bathing suits, saying how happy they are because they aren't fat any more.  That's about the last message I want Lauryn to receive.  I want her to love her body no matter what it looks like.  Sorry for the random rant but there were a ton of those commercials on today and it just got me thinking.
