Pot Roast

I'm sure others have used this recipe before but this was a first time for me and I thought it turned out great! 

3 lb. beef roast

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 envelope of dry onion soup mix

2 Tbsp. water

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.  Mix together, mushroom soup, onion soup mix and water.  Pour over roast and cover with lid or foil.  Bake for 4 hours. 

This mixture makes a fantastic gravy!!!  This is one simple recipe that I will definitely be using again and again!
