Mrs. Potter's Lullaby
Welcome to Saturday: 9. What we've committed to our readers is that we will post 9 questions every Saturday. Sometimes the post will have a theme, and at other times the questions will be totally unrelated. Those weeks we do "random questions," so-to-speak. We encourage you to visit other participants posts and leave a comment. Because we don't have any rules, it is your choice. We hate rules. We love memes, however, and here is today's meme!
Saturday 9: Mrs. Potter's Lullaby
1. Adam Duritz (writer and lead singer of Counting Crows) mentions previous girlfriends in songs. In Mrs. Potter's Lullaby he sings “There a little piece of Maria in every song I sing”. Is there a piece of an ex that will always be a part of you?
Nope.
2. Who was your very first significant friend?
Terry.
3. What are four (4) things you hope to do this weekend?
Clean the house, finish putting together my recipe book, make jerky and get some packing done.
4. What do you consider to be the main purpose of your blog?
Fun :)
5. Tell us something that you've never before written about in your blog because it's too personal.
I don't talk about religion.
6. If you could choose your doctor, do you prefer someone of the same or opposite sex?
I go to whoever is the best!
7. If you could dream about anything tonight, what would the subject matter be?
How I'm going to decorate the new house!
8. How do you react to practical jokes when they're played on you?
I have a really good sense of humor when it comes to practical jokes. Two things to know if you're going to play one on me though, are I will get you back and don't EVER play a joke that makes me think someone has been hurt....you'll regret that!
9. What's on your agenda after this weekend for the upcoming week?
Lots of stuff going on this week. On Monday and Wednesday, I'll have extra little ones here with me and Lauryn. On Tuesday, I plan on going to the new house and doing some cleaning. Thursday I will probably be on the phone quite a bit talking to raleigh attorneys for a friend and on Friday, my mom will come over for dinner and a visit. During all of this, I have to clean house, do laundry, keep Lauryn entertained, possibly be at the new house for a couple of deliveries and get things packed that we won't be using. I also need to start planning Lauryn's birthday party! It's going to be a busy week!
