What Is Wrong With People?

This afternoon, while driving back home from Grand Rapids, I saw an ambulance coming towards me.  All the people on the same side of the road as me immediately moved to the shoulder and stopped.  All of the people on the other side, the ones in front of the ambulance, didn't get out of the way AT ALL!  What the hell?  I was thinking two things at that moment.  One, people who don't get the hell out of the way when an ambulance is coming, should get their license taken away for be incredibly dumb and disrespectful.  Two, I wondered if those people who didn't get out of the way might have moved if they thought for one second that the ambulance was going to rescue someone they loved.  Honestly, out of all the things that driver's do on the road, that one pisses me off the most!
