Losing Weight
I've been seeing a lot of my friends on Facebook talking about different diet products and showing the results they've gotten. I'm happy for them and have considered trying something like that to help me lose weight after the baby is born but don't think I'll end up going that route. I just always think it's scary to start something like that and wonder what happens to your body when you stop taking the stuff. I've also read about things like myotest being in some of the pills and that's something I most definitely do not need! My goal, after my son is born, is to get back to a healthy weight so I can feel better and have more energy for my kids. I plan on eating healthier and being more active to reach my goal. If those things don't get me where I want to be, then maybe I'll reconsider the other options.
