1)  What's the worst thing that's ever happened to you as a result of procrastinating?

Missing a deadline and feeling like a total butthead.
2)  Are you a member of the Mile High Club?

No.
3)  What's worse, extremely cold weather or extremely hot weather?

Extremely hot.  In cold weather you can always add more layers.  In hot weather, you can only take so much off.
4) Show and Tell. What comes to mind first when you see this picture?  Or, tell a story if it reminds you of one.

I LOVE butterflies!  I want to take Lauryn to the Frederick Meijer Gardens to see their awesome butterfly exhibit.  I'm sure she love it as much as I do!
