Do You Want to Dance
Welcome to Saturday: 9. What we've committed to our readers is that we will post 9 questions every Saturday. Sometimes the post will have a theme, and at other times the questions will be totally unrelated. Those weeks we do "random questions," so-to-speak. We encourage you to visit other participants posts and leave a comment. Because we don't have any rules, it is your choice. We hate rules. We love memes, however, and here is today's meme!
Saturday 9: Do You Want to Dance
1. When was the last time that you danced in public?
About two months ago, at a wedding.
2. Tell us about one of your closest friends.
She's very sweet, very kind, funny, smart, pretty, and supportive.
3. What is the most that you have ever lost?
A Tiffany & Co. ring that I bought in Chicago.
4. What was the last thing that you have done to help a neighbor?
Geez, I'm feeling like a crappy neighbor right now because I can't think of anything :(
5. It’s election season. What do you think the priorities of the United States really should be?
Finding a way to get more jobs for the people who want to work. Giving breaks to small business owners trying to make it.
6. What was the last severe weather situation that you and your neighbors endured?
About a year and a half ago, we had a hail storm that left a few small dents in my truck.
7. Have you been or are you a vegetarian? Thoughts?
No, I haven't. To each his own.
8. If you had a wish for your future, what would it be?
That my children will grow up to be happy, healthy adults who are successful in whatever path they choose.
9. Who just doesn’t get it?
Right now, my daughter. She started school last week and lo and behold, she's sniffling and sneezing now. What she doesn't get is that it's not a good idea to love up to her 13 week old brother when she's not feeling well.
I had a hard time with the neighbor one as well. My example was my SIL who also happens to be a neighbor who lives across the street.
