Let The Weekend Fun Begin!

We have a fun weekend planned, with friends and family, and I'm hoping we'll all feel good enough to do it all.  My friend Kathy is coming to spend the day with us and I have been looking forward to it for weeks!  This will be the third year where she's come to spend the day with us, while Lloyd is gone on his snowmobile trip.  I love that its become our tradition.  We spend the day talking, laughing and having fun.  Tonight I'm making us wet burritos for dinner.  I'm already hungry for them!  I love that she can stay all day and once I get the kids in bed, we can actually really visit.  It's great with the kids too but this Mama doesn't get much adult time, so when the opportunity does comes up, I get really excited.  Sounds silly and I love all the time I get with my kids but to have an actual, uninterrupted adult conversation rarely happens anymore.  I can't wait!
