Feeling It Today!

I've been doing my workout five days a week and we've started taking long walks after dinner for the past two weeks.  It feels great and although I'm not seeing a ton of results yet, I am feeling them!  Today my legs are pretty sore and tired.  I was proud of myself last night because my legs were so sore and when Lauryn asked if we were going to go for a walk, I told her I didn't think so.  The kids were pretty wound up after dinner though so I decided some fresh air would do us all some good.  Not only did we go, we went farther than I thought we would :)  I've tried to get into workout routines before and never make it very far.  When I started this one, I did four days a week.  For the past two weeks, I've done five days a week, I've changed up the routine and now we're walking in the evenings.  Even though I'm not getting any more sleep than I was before, as Lucas still gets up at least once a night, I am feeling more energetic.  I feel really motivated this time, and I have the best cheerleader :)  Every day while I'm doing my workout, Lauryn cheers me on and says, "Good job, Mama!"  I love it!

Today will be spent cleaning house.  Not such a bad thing since it's raining anyway.  Also, there's not a ton to do, just some light cleaning and laundry.  My mom is coming over after work to celebrate Mother's Day since I won't get to see her on Sunday.  I do have to run to the store at some point today and talk to a friend about wedding photography raleigh nc.  Since it's a chilly, rainy day, I think the kids and I will have to play some games while I'm waiting on the laundry to get done :)
