Keeping It Up

We went for another walk this afternoon.  There's a nice stretch of road, we call it "the loop", not far from our house and it's great to walk on because there are no cars driving on it.  It's set up all around it with gas and water to hook up but they haven't built any houses yet.  I love it because Lauryn can ride her bike and we don't have to worry about cars.  Tuesday we walked the loop three times, yesterday we went four.  Today, Lauryn said she wanted to do five but after two she said she was ready to go home.  I don't blame her, there's no shade on the loop so it's pretty hot.  We went for 39 minutes and burned about 179 calories.  I'm doing good with keeping track of what I'm eating.  Eating healthy foods and healthy portions.  I haven't been eating late night snacks either.  I WILL get to where I'm happy with my body!

I've been wondering if there's something we can do to fix my old netbook.  Lauryn was able to use it for games for a little while but then it crapped out.  I'm not sure it's even worth putting money into trying to fix it but I wondered if a hard drive cleaner might do any good.  It's something to check into anyway.
