Baby Blanket

Last night we finally got to meet the newest edition to our friends family.  What a sweetie!  He's so little!  I forget sometimes that Lauryn was that little once.  I thought I'd post a picture of the blanket I made for him :)  I love how it turned out.

Finally Finished

I finally finished the baby blanket this morning!  WOO HOO!!!! I'll post a pic of it as soon as I can.  I love how it turned out!  Since the baby was born last Thursday, I'm glad it didn't take any longer LOL  The mommy had a c-section so it gave me plenty of time to finish it while she is home recovering :)  I can't wait to take it over and to meet their new little sweetie!

Today has been kind of boring and very unproductive.  Other than finishing the blanket and vacuuming, I really haven't done much.  I have been playing with Lauryn though which is a fantastic reason to slack off on housework :)  I think we're just going to have leftovers for dinner tonight...lots of sauce and meatballs left from last night and I don't want them to go to waste.
