Bathroom Ideas
Lloyd and I have been talking about the changes we'd like to make to the house eventually. One of the first things I'd like to do is to change and update the main bathroom. We don't really care how it is set up. I've been looking around, trying to get ideas, and thanks to Pinterest, I've got lots of them. I would love either a sunk-in tub or a vintage bath. The sunk-in tub just looks awesome. Like your own mini pool in the bathroom. I'm sure that's not even an option but it's still fun to look around. We'd also like to remodel our bedroom someday. It's a pretty small room and there's not too many ways to arrange the furniture because of that. I don't care for how it's set up now but we have to have it that way to get the bed and dressers to fit. Since we plan on being here forever, all the things we'd like to do will happen eventually, but I wish we could make some of them happen now. I have no patience! :)

Uh, I Meant Thursday :)
All day, I've thought it was Wednesday and kept thinking that this week was going by so slowly. The title of my earlier post was even "Just Another Wednesday." It wasn't until this afternoon that I realized it was Thursday. I thought about going back and changing the title but decided not to. It's silly but who cares?
After watching my sweet little niece for a little bit, Lauryn and I ate lunch and then I got her down for lunch. Since it is Thursday, I had to get the fridge cleaned out and the garbage ready to go out to the road. I spent some time talking to a friend who is interested in Networking & Telecomm Jobs and to a few other friends about nothing in particular. When Lloyd got home, we ran over to the house we've been looking at for a final walk through. We're closing on it tomorrow and I'm so excited! We ate leftovers for dinner and now I'm relaxing on the couch, thinking about calling it an early night.

Good Start
So far, I've gotten off to a good start with my Thursday cleaning. The dusting has been done, the fridge is cleaned out, the litter is changed, the bedding is in the washer, I've swept, vacuumed and in a few minutes, I'll be scrubbing down the bathroom. I'm trying to get everything done so I can finish up my netbook case. My hands were a little sore last night so I didn't end up working on it.
You know what I find funny? I really shouldn't laugh so much at this but maybe I do because it's something I would do. I find it really funny when people try to go out the wrong door. It's like they don't see the exit signs and just keep pushing and pushing until they finally realize it's the wrong way. I saw that happen today and although I didn't want the person to feel bad, it took everything I had in me to stifle my giggles until I got to my truck. I love goofy moments!

New House
We are now the proud owners of four rental houses!!! We closed on the fourth one last week and now Lloyd, his cousin and his brother are getting busy gutting the place. Hopefully once it's done it won't take long to find a renter. We've had really good luck with that on the other three so hopefully this one will be easy too. I can't wait to see it when it's done. It's always neat to go through a house that needs a lot of work and then see the finish project. Lloyd just left to go over there and he had a lot of tools to take with him. He needs to stop and get new band saw blades on his way. I think this house has a lot of potential to be really cute but it definitely is going to take a lot of hard work!
