Lauryn's Pumpkin

Last week, Lauryn and I carved her very first pumpkin....okay, so I carved it but she picked out the design she wanted on it :)  She pointed to the cat and said, "Kee!"  Too cute!



When we were done, I dried the pumpkin seeds overnight and then baked them the next day.  I don't care for them but Lloyd loves them.  I baked some with seasoning salt and some with seasoning salt and cayenne pepper.  I tried one of each to make sure they turned out and they were pretty good.  Lloyd really likes them :)
