I finally finished the baby blanket this morning! WOO HOO!!!! I'll post a pic of it as soon as I can. I love how it turned out! Since the baby was born last Thursday, I'm glad it didn't take any longer LOL The mommy had a c-section so it gave me plenty of time to finish it while she is home recovering :) I can't wait to take it over and to meet their new little sweetie!
Today has been kind of boring and very unproductive. Other than finishing the blanket and vacuuming, I really haven't done much. I have been playing with Lauryn though which is a fantastic reason to slack off on housework :) I think we're just going to have leftovers for dinner tonight...lots of sauce and meatballs left from last night and I don't want them to go to waste.
Congrats...Leftovers...pffft. LOL
ReplyDeleteI so can't wait to see the blanket! I haven't worked on a project in forever, and I really miss doing it. We will have to get together someday and have a crochet day. I miss crocheting with you!

ReplyDeleteKathy~It felt like it took forever to do it because my lil sweet pea doesn't let me just sit and work on a project but it's inspired me to make another one. I have the yarn already so I think it'll be one for her :) We will have to plan a crochet day :)
