Juicing

So far, I'm really enjoying juicing!  I've been using my 365 Recipes for Juicing and Smoothies book and I've doing the detox week right now.  There has only been one day where the juice wasn't that great.  It wasn't horrible but the only thing I could think of when I was drinking it was that it tasted earthy.  Next week, I'm going to still use recipes from the book but I'm picking my own.  It's still early with all this and I'm hoping that it helps me lose a little weight but if nothing else, at least I'm getting more vitamins and more energy!  I think even though we moved the elliptical down into the basement, I'm ready to get back on a good schedule with that too.  Since the basement is pretty cold, it will probably help keep me cool while I'm using it :)  I would still like to look into to different fitness equipment and find some other things to work out on too.
