Friday ~ A little light cleaning and catching up on laundry during the day, then mom came over for a visit and dinner. We had sweet and sour meatballs over rice. YUM!
Saturday ~ Lloyd made sure to not schedule any appointments so he could stay home with Lauryn, while I went with my aunt to the Women's Expo in Grand Rapids. There was a lot going on there but I found most of the things I wanted to look at were a little on the pricey side. I did end up getting two blown glass necklace pendants and a Mickey Mouse cd for Lauryn that has her name in all of the songs, in the voices of Mickey, Minnie and Goofy. She loved it as soon as she heard it :) She said, 'Oh thank you so much! I love you!" and threw her arms around me :)
Sunday ~ Lauryn got up WAY too early (5:30am) so when Lloyd got up a few hours later, I went back to sleep for a little bit. When I got up, Lloyd had made breakfast :) We ate, cleaned up the kitchen together and then he ran to the store while I got ready. His parents came over for a visit in the afternoon. I made breaded baked chicken breast tenders with linguine oil and garlic for dinner, then we vegged out for the rest of the evening :)
