Friday ~ I already posted about my Friday here.
Saturday ~ Lloyd had to work on my mom's car so I decided to mow the lawn for him. Unfortunately, after finished the back yard, my head was pounding and I was way too hot to do the front. I tried :) Picked up a few things at the store and we had NY strip steak, baked potatoes and watermelon for dinner. After we ate, Lloyd and Lauryn went outside and I did some cleaning.
Sunday ~ We had the Malek family reunion in Sumner. It was very hot but it was a nice day. They had an ice cream truck come and everyone got free ice cream. It was perfect for such a warm day! We all got something from the family auction. Lauryn got a cute little purse, Lloyd got some homemade relish and I got a pretty glass dish and a basket full of yummy smelling bath goodies. I did a little cleaning when I got home and then was too pooped to do anything else and we all just relaxed for the rest of the evening.
You can't beat free ice cream!!
ReplyDeleteAs for the movie... Battlefield Middle Earth (I think thats what it was called), something they recorded a while back... so strange!
Jodi ~ Nope, free ice cream is the best :) I've never seen that movie but it sounds like something Lloyd might watch.
