Friday ~ Lauryn and I had a lazy morning then we got around and went to pick up some books at the library and a few things at the store. We came back home, ate lunch, Lauryn napped and I did a little cleaning. My mom came over after work and we visited and I made dinner. We had So-Easy BBQ Chicken and corn on the cob. Very tasty!!!
Saturday ~ Lloyd, Lauryn and I went to Grand Rapids to clean one of our rental houses. It's actually the house that Lloyd and I lived in for about 8 years and when I'm down there, I miss a lot of things about the place. We visited with our friend and former neighbor, Wayne, and talked a ton about the crazy weather, vacations and life insurance guaranteed issues. We got everything cleaned up and headed back home. My stomach wasn't feeling so well so I napped for a bit. I woke up feeling much better and Lloyd treated us to Ponderosa for dinner. We relaxed for the rest of the evening.
Sunday ~ Lloyd did a lot of work in the yard and I made our grocery list and got Lauryn and myself ready to go to the store. Afterward, Lauryn took a nap and I made some salsa and got things ready for dinner. Burgers and corn on the cob on the grill. The corn is so sweet and yummy right now! Lloyd and Lauryn took a walk around the neighborhood and I fell asleep on the couch! I didn't think I was tired but apparently I needed a little cat nap! The rest of the evening was uneventful and nice :)
