Weekend In Review

 Friday ~ Lauryn and I ran to the bank, the car wash, the library and the grocery store and then came home and cleaned house.  In the afternoon we got to watch my sweet niece, Emma, for a little while and my mom came over for a visit. Saturday ~ The day was pretty uneventful.  Lloyd made a really yummy breakfast, I took a nap and then when I got up, it was time to get ready to decorate the big room at the museum for my aunt and uncle's 25th anniversary.  We stopped at Leppink's on the way to pick up the cake, which turned out really awesome, and then met my cousins to decorate.  It didn't take very long and the room looked great! Sunday ~ Party day!!!  I didn't sleep well the night before because I was too excited.  Once everyone was up, I got ready and Lloyd helped me mix up the mashed potatoes, gravy and baked beans.  We got to there about an hour before to finish getting things ready and then everyone started showing up.  They party turned out really nice, there was tons of food and everyone seemed to enjoy themselves.  After everyone left, we cleaned up and headed home.  We were all pretty whooped and after I cleaned the kitchen, it was all about relaxing for the rest of the evening!
