Apps

Lauryn cracks me up!  She tells me, quite often, that she would like her own apps.  What she means is that she would like one of those kids iPad type of things.  Whenever I'm reading on my Nook, she says how great it would be if she had something like that, one that was just for her.  I think we might look into something like for a Christmas gift.  As long as we find one that's not too expensive.  As far as the apps go, I have downloaded a few on my phone for her.  I try to stick to educational ones, so she can learn while she plays.  I tried the bitstrips one that everyone has been posting on facebook but haven't had much luck actually getting anywhere with it.  I also came across an app that might be useful for Lloyd.  I found it under goconnect iphone app and it looks like a great tool for real estate agents.  There really is an app for everything!
