Need To Get Back At It

Lately I've been feeling like I have zero energy.  I was talking to a friend about it and they mentioned trying B-15 aka pangamic acid.  I didn't know much about it so I looked into it.  I already take a multivitamin and even though B-15 seems to have a lot of good benefits, I think what I need to do to get my energy level up, is to start working out again.  I crapped out near the end of the summer and haven't gotten back into it at all.  I'm determined to start back up and keep at it.  I absolutely hate feeling so wiped out and I want to be healthy and have tons of energy to keep up with my beautiful kids!
