Today was nice but felt incredibly long! Lauryn and I were up most of the night last night and even though I did fall asleep for a little while on the couch while she was taking a nap, I still felt whooped most of the day. I vacuumed, did the dishes and made dinner...that's about it! I used some of the roast I made for dinner yesterday to make shredded beef tacos. I just added some garlic and some cumin and they were really good! I made Mexican rice and of course, guacamole to go with it. It's been a few hours but I think I'm still stuffed.
I should really head to bed. Wish me luck that me and my sweet pea get a good nights sleep!
Rough night huh? That's too bad...hope tonight is much better for the both of ya...and I still haven't gotten any food from ya in the mail? What did you do send it snail mail? LOL
