Triple Layer Chocolate Pie

This was a recipe from my Kraft Foods Food & Family magazine.  It is so simple and so YUMMY!  You can find a link to their site in my sidebar :)

2 pkg. Jell-O Chocolate Instant Pudding

2 c. cold milk

1 Oreo Pie Crust

1 tub (8oz.) Cool Whip, thawed and divided

Beat pudding mixes and milk in a large bowl with whisk for 2 min. (Mixture will be thick)

Spread 1 1/2 c. pudding onto bottom of crust.  Stir half of the Cool Whip into the remaining pudding;  spread over the first layer.  Top with remaining Cool Whip.  Refrigerate for 3 hours or until firm.
