Weekend In Review

Friday ~ Lauryn woke up with the sniffles and a cough.  Luckily, after her nap, she seemed a whole lot better.  We picked up my mom and went to visit with my aunt, uncle and cousin.  Then we headed to Greenville to pick up some last minute Easter supplies.  We came back home, had a visit with Nikki and Willow, then had dinner.  We had crock pot breakfast (you can find the recipe in my Recipes section), checked out a few things on the computer and had an interesting conversation about massage therapy program fort lauderdale.  On the way to taking mom home, I had to run to the store then I went in to her house to see the very cool changes she's made to the place.  The rest of the evening was spent vegging with Lloyd :)

Saturday ~ It was a nice day!  Lauryn and I colored Easter eggs.  It was her first time and she did really good AND didn't make a mess!  We got the topper back on the truck, which I've been wanting to do for a while now, then ate a very delicious roast for dinner.  I'll post the recipe later.  After Lauryn picked up her toys, I painted her nails.  I did a load of laundry, made the dip for the wraps we were taking to the family Easter get together and relaxed the rest of the night.





Sunday ~ Happy Easter!!!!  We  had a really nice day.  We got up, Lauryn did a small Easter egg hunt here, we got ready and headed to Lloyd's parents for the big family Easter party.  The weather ended up being really nice.  We ate a ton of great food, visited with a ton of family, checked out our new camper (again) and the kids played a new game to get eggs this year.  When we got home, Lauryn was overly tired and very emotional but it didn't last too long.  After cleaning up the kitchen, picking up the toys and putting all the candy away, I got Lauryn to bed.  Now I'm ready to go to mine :)
