Weekend In Review

Friday ~ Shortly after we woke up, I threw some clothes on me and Lauryn and went out to mow the front lawn.  Lauryn rode her bike on the sidewalk and visited our neighbor while I was mowing.  Then we came in, showered and got dressed.  Willow came over and the girls played.  During their nap time, I got some cleaning done and made a pasta salad to go with dinner.  Mom came over and we went to the store.  We had dinner and a nice visit, Lauryn helped her daddy play horseshoes, then we came in and relaxed before bed time.

Saturday ~ I went and got my hair trimmed and colored first thing in the morning.  I LOVE how it turned out!  The rest of the day was a lazy day for all of us.  We napped, watched the history channel and learned about metal buildings and ordered Chinese for dinner :)  Very unevenful day :)

Sunday ~ I made banana pancakes, fried potatoes with onions and maple smoky links for breakfast.  I was very tired so when Lauryn took a nap, I did too!  This pregnancy is wearing me out and I'm only 8 weeks in!!!  When I got up, I showered and got ready.  We went out to our friends, Ed and Michelle's, for a visit and dinner.  We had a really nice time!  Lauryn had a blast playing in the pool, running around with the boys and driving the kids jeep.  Dinner was great and it was so nice to just visit with them.  We don't do that nearly enough!  We came home, got Lauryn to bed and relaxed the rest of the evening.
